Canadian College Softball
The goal of this site is to promote and support the sport of fastpitch softball at the college/university level in Canada.
It is designed to give prospective student athletes general information about the many colleges and universities in Canada that provide the opportunity for them to continue to play the sport of fastpitch softball at a highly competitive level.
Experienced fastball players have numerous opportunities to stay in Canada, play in Canada and study in Canada and every year more Canadian colleges and universities are supporting fastball programs - Humber College in Ontario added varsity softball last year (2011) to their athletic department and found immediate success playing in the OCAA. John Abbott College in Montreal is also considering a softball program for their student athletes - visit their page here for more information.
This site is also offered as a means for players, parents and fans of Canadian college / university fastpitch softball to keep up with results and information from around the leagues - 'like' us below to connect with our Facebook page for the most up to date news insights and information.
*BIG NEWS* our Facebook page reached 100 LIKES by March 31, 2012 so we will make available one $500.00 scholarship to a confirmed (active/rostered) member of a Canadian college/university fastpitch softball team for the the 2012-2013 season. Selection process is being determined now that the goal of 100 LIKES has been reached but since the successful applicant must be a student it will likely include an essay. ; )

University is a great place to make friendships and have experiences that last a lifetime and playing collegiate sports adds to this experience. It has been said that, "the point of the game is not how well the individual does but how well team does. That is the beautiful part of the game, the blending of personalities, the mutual sacrifice for group success. Even when you've played the game of your life, it's the feeling of teamwork that you'll remember. You'll forget the plays, the hits and the scores but you'll never forget your teammates." - unknown
Thanks for visiting and keep practising.
